DMZ tour   ( full day)At 7AM: Getting the bike to go to Me Oi pass to Ho hi Minh trail. The only original part of the legend trail to visit Khe Xanh combat base. The most importance base of US at that time  during the war it was very famous so that in Australia they had one song with the name Khe Xanh, very popular song at that time. On the way get here you having chance to see some minority village with the people, culture you never seen before in city or coastline.

 The way we get to here is a small trail and in the middle of forest so the view is great.  Khe xanh is the gate to go to the South of Vietnam from North or Laos so USA army turn there into most modern base with every kind of weapon  to block the gate but faced to the North army they can not. To save Khe Xanh they had mentioned to use nuclear bomb.

After that we follow the high way 9 to Dong ha town for lunch than go toVinhmoc tunnel the home of 1200 people underground during the 6 year war. Tunnel is underground about 15-30 meters deep and a complexion of Living room, nursery, meeting room…

Hue to Hoi An

Turn the travel from Hue to Hoi An into the unforgetable trip, lelf behind the tourist and noise city to get of the city  with AK47 , the Minsk motor of Russian for trip. From Hue at 7 AM get the Bike and beginning tour , leave Hue for Thien vien Truc Lam ( Zen pagoda) on  an island in a lake right under Bach ma national park. The quiet place that it said you can heard the sound of falling leaf and living in the green & peaceful sennery.

Then we get back the high way to go to Lang Co beach, one of the 30 most beautiful bays in the world for a relaxing and swimming in the wonderful water then take the lunch before get to Hai Van  Pass.

After taking the lunch we get up the Hai Van pass, one of the most beautiful  lanscape in Vietnam, from the top of  Pass you will have a wonderful view to the beach and forest ,some time in fog we seam to stay on cloud and see down.

In afternoon We descend down to Hoi An, finish the tour

The bike

 

The two stroke, single cylinder Belorussian Minsk,which is considered as AK47 is a 125cc dirt bike capable of getting you anywhere in Vietnam. In its manual it says: “These motorcycles are especially suitable for service in the country-side with bad or no roads.” If you tinker with it, keep it clean and make regular inspections then the Minsk will become a true friend. You will not see many of these bikes in the Hanoi as the locals consider themselves above such an ungainly, oil billowing reminder of past Russian dominance.
